The following terms and conditions for ordering Hospitality packages and/or game tickets are put forth by Golden International, Inc. (DBA Cartan Tickets). These Terms and Conditions apply between the client (“The Client”) and Cartan (“The Company”). By submitting the registration form The Client agrees to the Ticket Terms & Conditions.
Use of tickets for promotional purposes for any third party, product or service, including contests or for the intent of re-sale, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply the tickets and cannot be held liable to make any refunds. Further, The Company cannot be held liable for any out of pocket expenses that may be incurred by a third party that seeks to undertake an unauthorized promotion, but is subsequently forced to cancel the said promotion if The Company refuses to supply the tickets. Ticket prices and conditions for sale are established by The Company. Ticket prices are subject to change. Ticket prices are established by The Company. The ticket prices published are in USD.
All ticket requests will be managed on a first come first serve basis, and will be dependent on availability. Tickets allocated to The Company are limited. The Client will receive immediate confirmation of their ticket order via email.
Cancellation of Tickets: The Company reserves the right to cancel ticket orders that are not paid in full by the designated due date. Once tickets are confirmed and paid in full, tickets are non-refundable. If The Company is unable to fill your ticket order as specified, The Company will exercise one of the following options:
Should a game be cancelled: THE COMPANY CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES OR MISSED EVENTS. FOR ALL CANCELLED EVENTS, CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT (except for an Act of God, Strike, Act of War, Terrorist Act or Lockout, plus WEATHER issues). FOR ANY ALLOWABLE REFUND, TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF EVENT DATE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS.
The WEATHER Exception: Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause the postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Cartan and accordingly, no Refund for unused services or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by The Company. This weather exception takes place when an outdoor event being cancels due to a rain storm or weather conditions not suitable to continue or start that day(s) events.
The Company strongly advises that The Client does not plan to attend an activity on either The Client’s day of arrival or departure. The Client will need to collect his / her tickets from The Company. This may affect the activities The Client plans to attend upon arrival. The Company assumes no responsibility for lost or destroyed tickets. The Client shall note that lost or destroyed tickets are difficult to replace. Tickets in their entirety must be presented in good condition for entry to the games.
The tickets allocated to The Company ensure that The Client receives the best seating possible but cannot guarantee seating in the top categories listed for each event. Through our many sources, we are able to get a wide variety of seats to almost any event, in any city. Due to the efforts and cost involved, ALL SEATS ARE SOLD AT ABOVE FACE VALUE.
Policies: Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. In the event tickets are unavailable, Cartan’s liability shall be a refund of up to one and one half times the original purchase price. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together neither can rows or section
Pricing and Typographic Mistakes: The Company’s objective is to provide The Client with information as accurate as possible. However, some mistakes related to pricing or to typography may occur. In the event this happens, The Company has the right to cancel the orders for the specific mistaken item. Moreover, in case of a mispriced item, The Company will, at its own discretion, call The Client to cancel the order and provide full refund or give The Client instructions regarding the procedures to follow. The Client shall know that tickets prices and availability may vary without notice from The Company.
Ticketing Agreement: The Client understands Cartan is supplying tickets through its partner Golden Tickets and I understand that the sale from this website will be processed by Golden Tickets, and will appear on my statement as such. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales of tickets take place in the State of Texas.
